ZX-aConcrete admixture-Release Agent

Brief Introduction
ZX-arelease agent is a new type of concrete demoulding agent consists of organic polymer and chemical auxiliary agents and other materials. The product is of great convenience in construction and is easy to dissolve in water. A layer of smooth isolating membrane will be formed after painting the product dissolved in water to the template. The membrane may prevent the concrete from contacting the template directly and completely, which also apply to the bubbles. The bubbles at the contact area between concrete and template overflow rapidly in case of concrete pouring, so that the surface of concrete after demoulding is smooth and beautiful and free from pore.

Usage Range:
Applicable to wood and bamboo template.( Customer-tailored products, which applicable to steel and floor template is available. )

Features

5. It is applicable to service in various pre-cast and cast-in-place wooden template, bamboo template, steel template, and floor template and has no harm to templates and has good demoulding performance and economic benefit.

Reference Mixture Ratio:
According to 1: 50 exchange water ( tap water) , stir evenly for brushing templates, without heating.

Usage
1. Clean up the template and remove the oil stain and adhering concrete and other dirt before use.
2. Paint the release agent on the template with coir brush uniformly.
3. Perform concrete pouring after drying of the release agent ( about 30 minutes) .
4. Surface treatment shall be performed for the template after demoulding for the future use.
5. Consumption of agent is 0.25kg per square meter of template. Package is 30kg/ bag.

6. Template after painted with release agent shall be protected from the rain water flushing which will subsequently affect the demouding effect.
