Brief introduction
Thickening intensive water retention additive for dry mortar is a kind of non-air-entraining and non-lime type powder composite agent, which consists of inorganic mineral materials and organic polymer. The agent is non-toxic, no radioactive, no corrosive, safe and environmental. The dry mortar mixed with the agent could totally take place of lime paste used in painting mortar, masonry mortar, and other constructional mortar. Compared to similar product in current market, the ratio of our agent to cement is small, cost is lower, water retention is better, workability is better, mortar strength is higher.

Usage Range:
It is a special additive for dry mixture mortar factory to produce high efficient dry mortar. It can be added into dry or wet mixture mortar to make masonry mortar, plastering mortar, floor mortar, and roofing mortar or be added in architectural masonry mortar and plastering mortar which applicable to aerated concrete block.

Features
1 Compare with traditional mortar, the one mixed with the agent has strengths as below: the setting time is a little slower, adhesive strength improves signific
-antly, post strength grows stably, and the growth range considerably more than the similar mortar, the shrinkage is significantly lower than the similar one.
2 Mortar mixed with the agent is soft, with good water retention, easy to spread out. The surface is smooth and even with consistent color after plastering, also has no burst and gap. Mortar and masonry bond firmly, without defeats like crack-hollow and cracks.
3 Besides with advantages of good water retention and workability before setting, mortar mixed with the agent also has high cohesive strength, good anti-permeab
-ility, and small shrinkage after setting.
4 The agent is powder type, with good dispersion, is suitable for dry mortar pro
-duction process.

Reference Mixture Ratio:
The mixture ratio of agent to mortar is 0.06% -0.1% , 25kg/ bag.
